Our cassava flour is produced from a root tuber called cassava, which is grown across West Africa, Asia, and South America. The cassavas are peeled, washed, cut into pieces, and washed in spring water before sun drying. This results in sun-ripened, nutrient rich cassava that is milled into this fine, all-natural flour with absolutely nothing else added.
