A green, leafy vegetable that nourishes the Caribbean on a daily basis, callaloo is cooked in countless different ways and is a main ingredient in West Indian pepperpot soup.

Tropical Sun Callaloo is picked, prepared and preserved by hand by our team in Central Village, Jamaica, guaranteeing maximum freshness and flavour.

Preserved the natural way: through blanching and a dash of salt, our callaloo contains no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives whatsoever, making it the brand of choice for so many Caribbean restaurants.
