Use oregano to season your Italian favourites. It is ideal in tomato based dishes and works beautifully in spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce and with chili. Substitute one tablespoon of fresh oregano for one tablespoon of Pegasus Oregano. Before adding to your cooking, crush the oregano between your fingers to increase the herb's flavour.
