Our curry powder is a blend of coriander, garlic, turmeric, cumin, chilli, fenugreek, salt and black pepper. Pegasus Curry Powder is widely used in Indian and Caribbean cooking. It is ideal to season chicken, meat and fish. Simply rub into meat, chicken or fish that has been coated with olive oil and bake or grill. Add a little lime juice for a twist. Curry powder is also a flavourful addition to soups or stews.
